After being in Japan for five and a half years, I am moving back to south Florida. I would be lying if I didn't admit that I am rather scared. I have no idea how much south Florida has changed since I've been home, but at the same time I am concerned about loosing the skills I've developed while here in Japan.

I need some help in deciding the best course of action for when I return home. After 12 years, I'll be living with my parents again until I can get settled and acclaimated to American living again. (You'd swear I was moving to a foreign country). My main concern is avoiding reserve culture shock when I get home.
